I almost called them pirates — I ordered a replacement mattress topper for my sore back and it seemed to vanish. They emailed a delay and sent a UPS tracking number that... never got picked up, so I kept checking and grumbling. After pestering support a bit they sent a partial shipment and the rest arrived about a week later. Still annoying, but fixed — not smooth, but it did work out in the end, kinda.
Half-packed and still waiting
Standing in a half-packed living room, watching boxes pile up, I realized the shipment I ordered on the 11th still hasn't left as of the 28th. Needed this for the move, so yeah, kinda inconvenient. They charged me right away and sent one stock-delay email — that single message was the surprise, but not in a good way. No timeline on the site, no heads-up before checkout. I get holiday chaos, but taking money and then radio silence feels like I bought a ghost. Fingers crossed it shows up.
Rainy Tuesday tea surprise
you don't choose what arrives, they pick it for you every month, no swaps, no refunds if it misses the mark. It's a subscription that feels like someone else deciding your cupboard. The tea itself is okay — pleasant, light, organic-ish — though there are added "natural flavors" so it isn't strictly 100% organic, which matters to some people. For three months you get small 4-ounce bags and pay a hefty sum for that convenience. If you actually like surprise blends this might work, but I'd rather spend the money on specific loose leaves I pick (cheaper and more reliable). Wish they offered at least a phone option or a choice box. Saves time and money, really.
Tea that actually grew on me
I first saw this stuff at a friend's BBQ and was curious — sounded fancy and the packaging looked nice, so I bit the bullet even though it felt a little pricey. I was worried it would be one of those “you steep, then cool” deals instead of instant iced tea, and yeah, you do have to brew it hot first, which I wasn’t thrilled about. At first I was skeptical about the value and even a bit annoyed by the extra step. I also read some complaints about the bags breaking, and I braced for that. My first batch did have a torn bag, but customer service actually helped out fast and sent replacements without fuss. After that everything was fine — the flavors are pretty bright and actually better than I expected. So my doubts mostly faded; it’s not magic or instant, but now I’m happy I tried it and would buy again.
Tea subscription service
I love tea, so I was really excited to try out this tea subscription service that everyone was talking about. But, honestly, I was pretty bummed by my experience with them. The biggest issue for me was that I couldn't really customize my order. I was hoping to get teas that fit my tastes, but instead, they just sent me whatever they wanted with no chance to switch it up. That lack of flexibility made me feel like I wasn't really getting my money's worth. And to make things worse, there was no option for a refund if I didn't like the tea. It was frustrating, to say the least. Plus, they only provided customer service through email, which was a pain, especially when I needed quick answers. Overall, the high cost and these problems left me feeling pretty let down by the whole thing.
Really amazing tea collection
Totally recommended. Easy and simple buying process. helpful services. Pricing little bit high as compare to the quality.
