Good and effective
I am one of those who fall sick really frequently even the slightest change in climate can cause cold . Well using the meds are not exactly good for health so i was looking for something natural for this
i tried this one year back for the fever and its quite good and effective also you dont feel weak or anything that i usually do after taking meds which are strong. Tinnitus treatment
While I was looking for solutions for my tinnitus, I found a company that said they had a natural treatment for it. The reviews on their website looked good, especially one from a music producer in Mumbai who said their products helped him. I was hopeful about finally finding something that could help me, so I paid $250AUD for the treatment. But unfortunately, I didn't see any improvement in my symptoms. If anything, my tinnitus feels worse now. The products just seemed like powders in capsules and tiny tablets, which was a letdown. When I contacted the company for help, they just told me to see an ENT specialist. It didn't make sense - if their products were supposed to work, why would I need to see a specialist? Overall, dealing with this company has been a big disappointment. I'm thinking about reporting them for false advertising and shady practices. It seems like they care more about selling stuff than actually helping customers. I'd advise anyone thinking about buying from them to be careful.

I did research for Tinnitus and found a company called Biogetica. The reviews on their website appeared legitimate, and one review was from a Music producer in Mumbai stating how this treatment helped, so I spent $250AUD+ on the Tinnitus treatment. Did it help? No. In fact, I think my ringing in my ears is worse. This is nothing more than powders baked into a capsule and mini tablets. Nothing else. When I contacted the company they referred me onto an ENT... what's the point of that if their products are supposed to help so you can avoid going to an ENT. In the end I'll be reporting them to the TGA in Australia and the FDA in the USA. Very dishonest, and appear insincere! The only thing they're interested in is selling more products to you. Stay away! Please!

Yes, my exact experience. Customer service is a nightmare! I am in the process of trying to get a refund after being lied to since ordering on May 1st. It is now June 7th. I do not want to go through this again! I will never order from them again! Just the stress of dealing with this company can make you sick! Its a shame because the products are great! I have been ghosted on chat and hung up on . Lied to numerous times i got hung up on when he didnt know how to respond .... won't refund me even though they did not send order. never an order # never a tracking # i do not want it because i never want to go through this stressful experience again! Refund me! I had to file a charge back!
Remedies
I've been a client of this company since 2007. There products are unique and effective, however their shipping is completely unacceptable. I generally pay for express (10 day shipping) however it takes about 3 weeks for them to get my package to me in Colorado. I've complained to Biogetica repeatedly and they always come back with "oh don't worry your package is on it's way." Really??
This time I ordered one bottle of remedies from them and it took them 9 days to get it in the mail. When I complained about the fact that I paid for 10-day shipping, they just told me that US customs was the holdup. Really?
Products are good, but be prepared to put up with some ridiculous customer service and completely unacceptable shipping times. You could walk to India and pick up your remedies quicker. Figure it out Biogetica!!The hold up is with customs as I had my product boxes cut open then taped w a note and stamped by customs
