By the time the soaps finally showed up, I was more relieved than excited. I placed the order because the listed 3–5 day window worked for me, but day five came and went with no package. When I called, the person I spoke with was pretty curt and only said it might arrive later that week. After another missed day, I opened a PayPal case. Suddenly I got an apology and an offer to resend the order, but only if I closed the case first. That didn’t sit right with me. They eventually resent it, though the next delivery estimate was missed too. I began using the soaps once they arrived about a week late; they seem fine so far, nothing special, but usable. They also agreed to refund part of the shipping charge, and I never received it. Delivery and support need real improvement.
