I always get my Fast Bars pretty quickly, and sometimes even at a discount which makes them more affordable. These bars really stand out from other meal bars at the store because they don't have all the bad stuff like too much processed sugar, unhealthy oils, animal proteins, lots of calories, and toxic chemicals. Plus, they keep me full which makes fasting easier to handle.
