I wouldn't trust them. They slipped a recurring subscription into checkout with no clear notice — you only find out when they debit your account. Feels like bait-and-switch, and the company's details didn't add up. I'd tell others to double-check every checkbox, or just skip it. Also, product itself was middling, not really Australian, I'd guess.
