I was poking around my account late last night and actually enjoyed it — which is weird to admit, but the interface just... clicks. Things load fast, buttons behave like you'd expect, and checking transactions or sending a wire feels straightforward instead of a chore. Granting user access or managing cards took maybe a minute. Customer support is refreshingly human; replies come back quick and clear, not some copied script. It's better than the old bank platforms I've used, which were clunky and slow. Not flawless — there are a couple small settings that felt hidden and once an upload lagged — but overall it makes day-to-day banking for a startup feel way less annoying. Would recommend.
Thought it'd be a dead end
I signed up with a lot of doubts. Had been burned before by other fintechs that ghost you. I half expected a canned, robot answer and nothing helpful. They did send an AI-style reply at first — yeah, that felt like a shrug. But then someone from the onboarding team reached out the next day and actually explained the review process, what they look for, and what I could fix. That surprised me. Not perfect. I still had to tweak some docs and wait a bit. It all moved faster than I feared, and the human touch made the difference. So I'm relieved and actually a bit impressed. If you’re nervous like I was, it’s worth trying — just be ready to follow up and upload clear docs — it was quick.
