I was buying moving supplies last month because I had to move on short notice after another company messed up. When my bank finished processing the charge it was a few dollars more than the email receipt. I called and they said it was extra state taxes and they wouldn't refund it. So I called my bank and they reversed the difference. I only felt satisfied when that refund hit my account. Glad it worked out, but the receipt should show the final total.
Post Office Mystery
I was half-expecting this package to become local legend at the post office. Called customer service and the rep basically told me, "Call your PO," like I have a hotline to every branch — weird.
