Bought something that turned out to be out of stock — asked them to cancel and nothing happened. Delivery never came, customer service was slow and vague (other shops sorted cancellations fast), and I felt ignored, kinda annoyed, won’t reorder.
Still my go-to
Overall, I still recommend them. I've ordered for years because the selection is solid and I actually use stuff day to day — snacks and small gadgets for my work-from-home breaks. Shipping and customer service are reliable, so I tell friends about it sometimes.
Rough cancel, overcharged
not worth the hassle. I ordered a replacement blade for my blender for daily smoothies and tried to cancel within five—like five—minutes because they charged me wrong. Customer service wouldn't fix it, had to dispute the charge with my bank. Kind of annoying, but at least the bank sorted it.
Glad I checked first
Saw them on Instagram and my sister pushed me to try a sample. I ordered and one item arrived wrong — customer service basically shrugged, no return label, I had to pay postage to send it back. Not ideal, but I told my friends so they didn’t make the same mistake.
Iffy stock claims
confirm availability by message first, and don't expect fast turnaround.
Extra charge, then relief
I was buying moving supplies last month because I had to move on short notice after another company messed up. When my bank finished processing the charge it was a few dollars more than the email receipt. I called and they said it was extra state taxes and they wouldn't refund it. So I called my bank and they reversed the difference. I only felt satisfied when that refund hit my account. Glad it worked out, but the receipt should show the final total.
Post Office Mystery
I was half-expecting this package to become local legend at the post office. Called customer service and the rep basically told me, "Call your PO," like I have a hotline to every branch — weird. It finally showed up though, and, surprisingly, item itself is solid; feels good in hand, works as advertised. So annoying to chase it down, but hey, at least does what it's supposed to.
The moment I relaxed
I was halfway through comparing a bunch of labels when the chat replied - quick, friendly, actually human - and that’s when I relaxed. The site’s layout is simple enough I found what I wanted without digging, product notes and reviews helped too. They answered a little question fast; after a couple of hit-or-miss experiences elsewhere this felt refreshingly reliable. I’ll go back, as long as they don’t change.
Nearly walked away, glad I didn't
Strange morning — my account name had been changed to someone else, I couldn't log in and there was a mystery charge. I was ready to bail, honestly. I disputed it with my bank, canceled the dispute to try ordering again, then got blocked for three months. Annoying. Still, the thing itself is part of my daily routine now — I use it every morning and it actually does the job. Customer service was messy, but the product works so I'm keeping it.
On-time, weird support
be clear, offer resources, or tell people to check with a vet. Delivery itself was okay.
Finally something that helped
I bought a mushroom extract for my aging lab because his hips were getting stiff and I wanted something gentle — hoped they'd give dosing tips though. Customer service wouldn't comment on exact dosage, pretty curt and no one even used my name, which bugged me. Still, the stuff actually helped in a few weeks and I felt relieved (had a rough time with other products before). Would be nicer if they were warmer and offered guidance, but overall I'm happy it worked and glad I tried it.
Not what I expected
Wasn't sure at first — four days with no shipment, then an email saying my address was blacklisted. I contacted them; they explained the mix-up, refunded quickly and sent a replacement. I use this every morning for work and on weekends for quick fixes, so performance mattered more than the odd start. The moment I knew I was satisfied was the third morning, when it worked reliably and a small extra part in the box actually came in handy. Dry tone, not thrilled about the hiccup, but it ended up doing exactly what I needed.
Quiet, solid find
read a few reviews and don’t overpay for faster shipping if you can wait.
Dodged a sketchy request, refund was fast
glad I didn’t send any bank docs. My card went through and I got the usual confirmation, then a week later an email (which went to spam) asked for a wallet ID/bank statement and said my order was cancelled. Kinda annoying, but customer service was straightforward when I followed up and the refund hit my account quicker than I expected — so that was a pleasant surprise. Advice: don’t send financial pics, check your spam, and if they ask for weird docs ask questions. Overall I’m relieved and would order again but stay cautious.
Mid-unbox thoughts
controls respond well, the finish hides fingerprints, and after a few days it’s been steady for daily use. But the buying side was disappointing. Support sent one-line replies with no greeting or follow-up, and a coupon I entered at checkout was accepted then ignored — they charged the full amount without warning. I wouldn’t have ordered if I’d known. Shipping was fast though, so fulfillment gets credit. My advice: grab screenshots at checkout and check your card after delivery. Product-wise it’s good; communication and billing need work, and messy.
Shipping limit almost killed the order, then they fixed it
my skepticism turned into cautious satisfaction once they handled the follow-up swiftly and clearly.
Coworker tip, mixed result
Halfway through unboxing I remembered how this all started. A coworker had tipped me—said their deal looked cheaper—so I ordered. They advertised free shipping, then billed a handling fee at checkout. I called and was told they now separate "handling" to keep base prices low. Seemed like marketing spin, honestly. After a bit of back-and-forth a rep applied a small credit and actually stopped the ad emails (took two calls). Delivery itself was quick and the box arrived intact, no drama. I'm still wary of the pricing language, but in the end the service fixed the main issues and the delivery was solid.
Long-time buyer, left hanging
would they remember me? Would they change the rules? You know, little paranoid thoughts. I went ahead anyway.
Payment went through right away, I thought cool, done. Then a few days later I get an email saying they cut my order down and hinted I was reselling. Wait, what? No heads-up on the website, no warning at checkout, nothing — just after they’d taken my money and sent out a smaller parcel. First impression when the box arrived: the product itself is fine, same stuff I know and need, it works. But there was less of it, and that sting stayed.
I called and tried to sort it out; the conversation felt defensive and a bit accusatory, like I’d done something wrong. That was the part that really annoyed me. I get that companies have rules, but not telling customers until after charging them is poor form. It put me in a bind — not just financially with the extra shipping I’ll have to pay to get the rest, but practically, because this is one of those things I rely on.
So yes, product quality? Solid. Customer handling and transparency? Not so much. I’m weighing my options — refund, complaint, maybe escalate — and I’ll probably still reorder at some point because what else am I supposed to use, right. But next time I’ll triple-check policies and maybe message them before buying. Not perfect, but usable; just be ready for a hassle if something goes wrong.Magnesium Supplement
I've been taking this company's magnesium supplement for a couple of months, and I couldn't be happier with how it's working for me. I used to have muscle cramps and sleep issues, but ever since I started taking this supplement, I've seen a big difference in both areas. The product is really good quality, and I like that it's made with all-natural ingredients.
Vitamins and supplements
I was so excited to receive my vitamins and supplements from this store! They had a wide variety and everything was easy to locate. Checking out was a piece of cake and I received my order confirmation immediately. The greatest part was that my package arrived quickly and all my items were in great shape. I will definitely be returning for more!
