Oh man, I was totally under the impression that Amazon was gonna take those invoices, but nope! Amazon didn't even recognize them. It's so aggravating to have to do refunds and shell out more money for shipping.

I bought some stuff for my new pet the other day, but I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about the customer service from this company. I've tried calling their customer service number a bunch of times, but I keep getting put on hold forever and then sent to voicemail once I finally get through. It's been a real headache, especially 'cause I paid for express shipping on a big order and haven't gotten any updates on when it's gonna arrive. The confirmation email I got said the order would ship out the next business day, but it's been days now and I still have no idea when it's coming.
