My experience with Zotrim

I have lost 10kg over 2 months.
Zotrim just seems to help curb appetite. I had been struggling to lose covid kilos, was eating healthy and exercising but not losing anything.
Taking these caffeine pills I was able to start fasting and easily only eat dinner and feel satisfied.
I plan to maintain by using the 5:2 fast method. So 2 days a week I will only eat for 4 hours of the day.
You need a calorie deficit to lose weight. This helps and is much more affordable than ozempic!
