I remember staring at the order list the day the shirts started shipping. I’d used this platform before and it had worked fine. First impression this time was smooth. Orders came in, designs printed, customers happy. Then the money didn’t show up. An automatic email said payment would come within a week of shipping. A week passed, then more weeks. I messaged support and got told payments are processed “around 40 days.” Okay, I waited. Then 40 days came and went. I followed up again. It felt like pushing a boulder. They even asked me to change my review a few times, which was off. The moment I knew I was actually satisfied was when the payout finally hit my account. Not because the process was great, but because the funds arrived and things worked end-to-end. It’s fine overall. Not flawless. Communication was weak and the timeline is vague. Still, the platform does what it says in the end.
Not what I ordered, plus a return fee — meh
Okay, so I ordered what I thought were premium long‑sleeve tees with cuffs — paid extra for them — and what showed up felt like the cheaper, thinner version with no cuffs. Right away you notice the fabric is looser, less substantial, the sleeves sit differently. I reached out thinking they'd fix it, but the weird T&C means they can send a “similar” item and won’t cover returns. So I’m stuck deciding whether to keep a shirt I didn’t want or pay to send it back. I did send it back tracked, which cost me money and weeks of waiting for the refund. Having dealt with other print shops before, I’m used to free returns for clear mistakes, so this felt stingy. On the plus side, customer support eventually agreed to a refund — I’m glad it’s moving — but the whole process was slower and costlier than it needed to be. If you’re picky about fabric weight or cuffs, double‑check stock and the fine print. I’m mildly relieved it’s resolving, just annoyed I had to chase and pay for something that wasn’t my fault.
Oddly cheap-looking shirts for an expensive price
for what I paid, the fabric and print don't match expectations. I'm not furious anymore, just disappointed. If you need plain, cheap shirts that look okay at a glance, fine. If you're paying extra for quality, I'd be careful.
