Okay, so I ordered what I thought were premium long‑sleeve tees with cuffs — paid extra for them — and what showed up felt like the cheaper, thinner version with no cuffs. Right away you notice the fabric is looser, less substantial, the sleeves sit differently. I reached out thinking they'd fix it, but the weird T&C means they can send a “similar” item and won’t cover returns. So I’m stuck deciding whether to keep a shirt I didn’t want or pay to send it back. I did send it back tracked, which cost me money and weeks of waiting for the refund. Having dealt with other print shops before, I’m used to free returns for clear mistakes, so this felt stingy. On the plus side, customer support eventually agreed to a refund — I’m glad it’s moving — but the whole process was slower and costlier than it needed to be. If you’re picky about fabric weight or cuffs, double‑check stock and the fine print. I’m mildly relieved it’s resolving, just annoyed I had to chase and pay for something that wasn’t my fault.
Oddly cheap-looking shirts for an expensive price
for what I paid, the fabric and print don't match expectations. I'm not furious anymore, just disappointed. If you need plain, cheap shirts that look okay at a glance, fine. If you're paying extra for quality, I'd be careful.
