I almost bailed on this one. A coworker sent me the link and I was like, yeah right, another sketchy online find. The checkout was fine but then the tracker sat on "processing" and I got the same canned reply twice — that canned copy made me suspicious, honestly. I waited, messaged support again, and ended up calling; first responses felt automated but a real person eventually checked things and pushed the order along. It took longer than I wanted (I was watching every day), but the package did show up, everything matched the photos, and it works as promised. So my initial doubts were real, but mostly cleared up once someone actually answered me. Still, communication could be better. If you see this because a friend recommended it like mine did, give support a nudge if tracking stalls. Glad it turned out okay in the end.
Surprisingly good shirt, messy support
I actually liked the shirt's look and feel more than I expected. I ordered a Hawaiian-style shirt that I thought would have my pet's face on it (that's the whole point, right?), paid extra when uploading the image, but the shirt arrived with only the custom text — no picture — even though the invoice showed the image charge. The company said it was a "confusion" and insisted it was a website issue, not a defect, and after something like 13 emails back and forth they wouldn’t give a full refund. I’m surprised by how nice the fabric and print quality were without the photo — colors pop, fit is comfy — so I’m not totally mad, just annoyed. I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card. Screenshot everything, double-check product options, and consider using a card with dispute protection. I’d still try them again, but only after confirming the upload option first.

The purchase itself was fine — paid extra for VIP shipping because of the occasion — but then everything went sideways. The seller’s site said “shipped,” they gave a tracking number, and USPS had zero clue. I checked, rechecked, called a number that turned out to ring a jewelry store (yeah, you read that right), and sent messages through every contact form they listed. It felt like digging through breadcrumbs.
Socks that arrived way too late
