I ordered because I needed a sturdier chair for my bad back before a move, and I was nervous — late shipment rumors, vague tracking. It did arrive and actually helped, though delivery was messy and vague, but I'm relieved.
Wrong blades, long wait — but refunded
I was pretty hesitant about ordering straight from the company — small site, cheap price, you know the feeling — but I went for it since it was only $15.99. It took ages to arrive and when it finally did, it was the wrong set. Lovely. I reached out and asked for an RMA and a prepaid return label and for them to send the correct blades. First reply was, “here’s $3, keep the wrong item and reorder,” which made no sense, so I pushed back. I told them either send what I paid for or refund me. They eventually did a full refund, no fuss after that, and told me to keep the wrong blades. I even tried the wrong ones on a scrap board — they worked okay, not spectacular, so maybe the product would’ve been fine, who knows. My doubts were partially confirmed (shipping and mix-up were bad), but in the end I got my money back, so I felt better. Still, it’s a hassle — I’d order from a bigger retailer next time.
