She was quick, on top of things, super polite, and just all around awesome. The consultant really knew their stuff and made sure all my questions were answered and my taxes were set up correctly. I went from totally stressed out to seriously impressed and I'll definitely be returning!
Contact lenses purchase
I haven't been a customer for long, but I gotta say, I'm loving my contact lenses. They're super comfy and have really made a difference for me. However, the customer service here is seriously lacking. It's slow, not very effective, and they're taking forever to help me out. Come on, guys, step it up! On the plus side, my contacts are awesome, so there's that at least.

My contact kept bugging me with the same questions, which was really starting to get on my nerves. And to make things worse, when they finally sent me the final contract, the rate was way higher than what they had initially mentioned because of some mix-up. But hey, the bookkeeper they hooked me up with is actually really great.
