E-wallet transfer issue
Even though the customer service is top-notch, there's a problem in the system when trying to send money to a Nequi e-wallet in Colombia. The system forgets to add the Colombia country code, which makes the cell phone number too long and doesn't work. This has happened to me a few times, making it necessary for customer service to cancel and redo the transfers to get everything sorted out.
International money transfer
I just sent some money to my family overseas through a service and it was really quick and easy. The only thing that was a little annoying was that they kept asking me for the bank code and account number over and over again, even though I've used the same details before. It would definitely be better if they could save that info for next time so I don't have to keep entering it.
Money transfer limits
I wanted to share that my experience using the service was pretty good, but I did run into one issue. The money sending limits were capped at $7800 every 30 days, which made things tough when I needed to send larger amounts. So, I started looking for other options and found an app that let me send up to $15000 in one go and up to $50000 in 30 days. Much better for what I needed.
