Only good thing was customer service, for the rest I am not happy.
After ordering online, I called them specially to make sure that they would not leave my package at the door. They confirmed that they always request signature upron delivery. However the mailman left the package in the mailbox, which has no lock, at the curbside with the notice "I signed it for you"! (I was whole day at home, the mailman didn't even bother to come to the house and knock on the door). If anyone, passing in the street, knew the value of the package, could have taken it easily.
Another surprise was when opened the box. One of the 10 oz silver bars, which supposed to be BU, had scratches and signs of wear. And also initial clearing took 6 business days instead of promised 3 to 5 business days. Yes they have slightly lower premiums on some products but it doesn't cost to take a risk of losing all your investment.
I would never buy from them again.Great services
