Prepared meals
I've tried a bunch of meals from this service and let me tell you, they just don't cut it compared to restaurant food. Being in the culinary industry myself, I was bummed out by how bland and inconsistent the dishes were. The meat wasn't even cut evenly and needed more seasoning to make it taste better. It seemed like the whole meal was just quickly thrown together without much care. I might give them another shot, but I'll definitely be picking different chefs for my next orders.
Quick and Delicious Meals
I gotta admit, I was kinda hesitant to order pre-made meals, but man, was I blown away by the quality and taste of the food I got from this service! Me and my boyfriend absolutely loved every meal we tried, and there were so many different options each week that it kept things exciting. It's so much easier than cooking from scratch, and the pricing is totally fair for what you're getting. I'd definitely suggest giving it a shot if you want a simple, tasty meal solution.
Skipped order issue
I had a problem with my order being skipped by this service. I had already told them a week ahead that I wanted to skip it, but it still got messed up for the second time. I had to reach out to customer service for help, and thankfully, Nicolas U was super quick to reply and fix everything. It was annoying that their system couldn't remember my request to skip an order, but I'm grateful for Nicolas' fast and effective assistance.
Meal delivery service
I just tried out this meal delivery service, and let me tell you, I was blown away by how easy it was and how good the food tasted! It was such a breeze to prepare everything, and the flavors were top-notch. I definitely suggest giving this service a try if you're in need of a tasty and hassle-free meal option. I'm so happy with how everything turned out, and I can't wait to check out more of what they have to offer.
Quick break from cooking
I was getting tired of always cooking for myself, so I thought I'd give this place a shot. They have some really neat options for different diets. The meal I had was kind of like what I usually whip up at home, but it's nice to switch it up once in a while, you know? Plus, it's helping me stay on track with eating better, so that's a win!
Meal delivery service
My experience with the meal delivery service was really great. Ordering was super easy, and the meals came right on time. The food was so tasty and didn't take much work to get ready, which saved me a lot of time. I thought the service was a convenient and affordable way to have delicious meals without having to cook everything from scratch every single day.
Variety, profile, no red meat, nothing spicy, inconsistent meals, great food service, excellent customer service
There are just so many choices at this place, it can take me forever to decide what I want. I set up my profile to let them know I don't eat red meat or spicy food, but sometimes my meals aren't exactly what I expected. Sometimes I'll really enjoy something and then the next time it's just not as good. But overall, the food here is fantastic and the staff is really friendly.

I am very pleased with their service. Taste is absolutely the best. Delivery is as stated. But today I got it at 8 pm! ( it was within the time promised though!)I am very surprised at the negative reviews. ... suspect some competitors trying to destroy their reputation??
Ordered twice from them. Each time I did not get my food. I didn't even get tracking numbers.
Update - I did receive my second order a day late by a different carrier than I had a tracking number for. Food was safe since I ordered all vegan or veggie,> Nothing really to spoil. Unity Cooks did make right on their mistakes so no complaints there. Good customer service; just bad delivery. would co0nsider ordering again in around a year if they are still around. Meals were good.
I JUST RECIEVE MY FIRST ORDER, BOX WAS BROKEN OPEN MOST OF THE FOOD WAS NOT FROZE. I WANT A REFUND AND I AM TRASHING THE FOOD;. CAN'T EAT IT CAUSE I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG IT WAS UNFROZEN.
Delivery was not delivered. I've been calling, texting, trying to find any way to reach someone, but I can't get anywhere. Their help says they'll respond right away if there are problems. That's clearly a lie.
Im so lazy now. Love this service.!!!!
First week's meals
I was pretty happy with the meals I had during my first week. They were a good size, simple to make, and tasted pretty good. But there was one meal, the tandoori chicken, that didn't have much flavor. It wasn't awful, just kind of bland compared to the rest.
Efficient meal delivery
I decided to give this service a shot after a YouTuber recommended it. The app was really user-friendly, my food showed up right on time and was delicious. My only suggestion would be to include more detailed nutrition information.
Generous main dish, skimpy sides
The main dish I ordered was just the right size and tasted pretty good, but the sides and garnishes that came with it were way too small compared to the main dish. I was kind of bummed because I thought the sides would be just as amazing as the main meal. The food was yummy, but it wasn't anything super impressive. Maybe it's because the food doesn't travel well? I'm not really sure. Overall, I was expecting more, especially considering the price and the high delivery fees. I'll give it another shot in a couple of weeks, but if things don't get better, I might go back to cheaper frozen dinners that I think taste just as good. I really wanted to be head over heels for this meal delivery service, but I'm not quite there yet.
Fresh meal delivery
I was really disappointed with the quality of the meals I got. When my first shipment came, I saw that everything was all mixed up in the packs, which made me wonder if the dinners had been tossed around too much during shipping. Plus, some of the instructions for preparing the dishes were confusing or just plain wrong, especially for the ones with fresh ingredients that shouldn't be heated. It made the whole cooking experience super frustrating and not what I was hoping for.
Quick and yummy food
The food was really delicious, but sometimes it takes forever to get here. I wish I could just speak to the delivery folks to find out where my food is.
Just started with Cook Unity
They have NO customer service. My first order was fine and was very happy.
My second order - I received a delivery of 6 meals - none of them what I ordered. I messaged them as instructed, but no response in 2 days. I emailed them - ditto. I messaged them on the site and they had no customer service rep available. Now they say 'Closed' on their Chat icon.
The ordering and pricing are good, but this lack of customer service (no-one available in any format) is totally unacceptable.
Very disappointed. Buyer beware.We received a box of dinners today just in time for supper. We opened the Kale Efo Riro, supposedly Vegan, and saw a chicken breast, so I took that meal since I'm not a vegan and Ray is. I also cannot eat spicy food. The chicken and rice was fine but the other unidentified "vegetable" (tofu? plantain?) was way too spicy. No Kale was included. They also have tried to send meals we didn't want. We have canceled the service. They definitely put the wrong sleeve on the meal.
Bad service
They offer losts of meals and many of them look delicious. Hopwever I have ordered from them twice and have not receive any deliveries. Didn't even get tracking numbers, so boxes were not sent. I will not buy from them again. I am very unhappy.
