I recently bought a seasonal bundle and was bummed to see that the flavors changed without any clear notice on the website. Even though the pics only showed three flavors, I got one that wasn't even pictured. When I contacted customer service about this, they argued that the site mentions bundles rotate. But, I pointed out that the main page didn't say anything about it, and I found the product through an Instagram ad. Their solution was to send me a $12 gift card for a $100 purchase. Overall, I wasn't happy with the lack of transparency and customer service.
