Are the Reviews on US-Reviews Genuine?
Absolutely! We can confidently state that 90% of the reviews are authentic. If there's any doubt about the remaining 10%, we remove those reviews from the site. We fully understand that some may attempt to unjustly tarnish a company's reputation. Therefore, we employ advanced software that analyzes IP addresses, email addresses, and confirmations to verify the origin of each review.

Is US-Reviews Independent?
Yes, we are 100% independent. After encountering poor experiences with certain companies and having no platform to address our complaints, we decided to create US-Reviews. We have no vested interest in portraying companies positively or negatively. Our only aim is to ensure that both positive and negative comments are fair, so deserving companies receive the recognition they merit.

Do Companies Get a Chance to Improve After Receiving Bad Reviews?
Our goal is to highlight trustworthy companies that fulfill their promises. Positive reviews serve as a commendation for a company's excellent service, as ratings and reviews are determined by independent customers. The same goes for negative reviews – we want these businesses to make good on their promises. We evaluate the nature and severity of complaints. If a review is found to be justified, it remains on the site. Often, we facilitate communication between the customer and the company to resolve issues. The company then has the opportunity to dispute or rectify the complaint. We follow up with the customer to ensure the issue has been resolved and, if they agree, we remove the complaint or add a note to it.
