I ordered this waterproof track jacket on Dec 2 and paid right away, then basically heard nothing for almost three weeks — just canned replies about Black Friday that didn't answer any real questions. I was pretty annoyed, escalated it, then got silence, and then, weirdly, it showed up a few days before Christmas. So yeah, customer service was shaky, but the jacket itself is actually nice. Feels light but solid, not that crunchy plastic stuff, and kept me surprisingly dry on a rainy run. The zipper was a bit stiff at first and it arrived folded with creases, but after a wash it relaxed and fits true to size. Pockets are useful, hood sits right. I’d been burned before by brands that promise fast shipping and don't deliver, so I was skeptical — turned into mild relief when the jacket proved worth the wait. Bought it as a gift originally, stress and all, but I ended up keeping it.

I needed something for chronic lower-back pain after a previous cheap buy failed, so I was tense about it. The product does its job, firm enough and better than I expected, though not flawless. Customer service was frustrating, promises that never materialized and then terse replies, felt like they blamed me for asking. Shipping took 6.5 weeks and the €20 plus Brexit fees pushed my costs to about €45. Mixed, but it works.
