Warm bottles, thin shakes February 25, 2026

I tore open the cardboard in the kitchen and first thing I noticed was puddles in the box. The bottles were warm and a couple had split seams. Texture was off right away. Instead of a creamy, thick shake it felt thin and slightly oily on the tongue. There was visible separation—clear liquid collecting at the top—and a faint, sweet aftertaste that wasn’t natural. I checked the label at the counter. Sunflower oil and added sugar are listed high up, plus a lot of long ingredient names I couldn't pronounce. One flavor clocks 12 g sugar per bottle. For a product pitched as a healthy, high-protein smoothie that's disappointing. Shipping was confusing; no tracking sent, no option to pick a delivery day. When I finally reached someone, they said shipments happen only on Mondays. I’ve used other shake services that at least send tracking and pack with proper dry ice. I messaged to stop my subscription and got no response. Concept is fine. Execution and customer care need work. I probably won't reorder.
