I went in just to buy a small pack of green tea. It was one of those quick things — grab, pay, go. The service around the membership and the data stuff was a mess. Emails bounced, they delayed deleting my info, and I had to follow up more than once. Still, the tea itself surprised me. It smells fresh when you open the bag, the leaves look whole, not dusty. Brewed it in the morning. The first cup was clean and gentle. Second cup held up too. I like that it’s not bitter even if I let it steep a little longer while I check emails. It fits my routine — a calm ten minutes between tasks. The packaging keeps it tidy in the cupboard. Not luxury, but solid everyday tea. I’m honestly glad I didn’t toss it after the customer service trouble. Would I shop there again right away? Maybe not, unless they fix how they handle member info. But for drinking, the tea does its job and brightened my mornings this week. Small win. If they improved the admin side, that would make the whole experience better.
