30 the next morning the package was there. Nicely packed, good stitching, fabric feels sturdy but comfy — he’s worn them for work and weekends already. Honestly relieved and kinda impressed. Will buy again because they fixed what could’ve been a mess.
Call changed everything
someone called me, not an email, a real person who listened and didn't read a script. They apologized, explained what went wrong, and laid out concrete options to fix it; they even checked back a couple days later. That personal touch made me relax, honestly, and the product itself matched the listing — solid, exactly what I wanted. I'm still mildly critical about the shipping hiccup — it shouldn't repeat — but the human response turned my skepticism into actual satisfaction. Bottom line: cautious at first, then pleasantly surprised. If they tighten their logistics a bit, this becomes an easy recommendation, definitely for me.
Love the gear, rough ride getting here
I really like what I bought — solid quality and fair price, honestly I use the bottle and tote every day for commuting and they’ve been great. What threw me off was the shipping and support. It said 2–4 days, but they waited four working days to dispatch and Royal Mail dragged another three, so by the time weekends were in there it was nine days. I emailed the day before I needed it to see if I could pay to upgrade to next-day and got no reply. Kinda frustrating, I mean I still kept the stuff and it’s been super useful, even found a little extra sticker in the box which was a nice surprise. If they tighten up dispatch times and actually answer emails, I’d buy again in a heartbeat.
