Refund hassle, but a bit of relief in the end February 24, 2026

the stuff didn’t work for me and the company stonewalled on most of the refund, but I’m relieved I at least got some traction after pushing back. I bought the sheet set, mattress protector and a topper because I’d just moved and my back’s been acting up — thought a topper would help and a protector was a must. The sheets felt oddly thick and stiff, not like normal bedding; the protector made the bed hot and awkward; the topper was heavy and actually aggravated my back from night one. I asked for a refund and they only agreed to take back the topper, citing internal policy and refusing the sheets and protector. That felt wrong — online buyers can’t inspect things and you expect basic quality. So I filed a complaint with consumer protection and opened a chargeback. It’s annoying to have to fight, but I’m glad I didn’t let it drop and at least recovered the topper cost. If you’re considering these products, I’d be cautious and maybe try something else first — especially if you sleep hot or have back issues.
