Quick and easy tax filing
I used to have a hard time with my taxes because of deduction problems, but ever since I started using this tax software, things have been much easier. The tutorial questions they gave me were pretty useful, but I gotta say, I was let down by the final outcome. Even though I did everything they said, the IRS kept turning down my tax return because of some unclear errors that they didn't explain very well. It would've been nice to get more help on fixing those problems. I mean, this service was better than Tax Slayer, which says it's free but really isn't, but they still need to work on being more accurate and clear.

I am a digital nomad, and constantly supposed to file IRS every year. You know it is job I really want to do as being part of good citizen but its just so much complicated and tiring to make and file these IRS.
I came to know about e filing from a freelancer friend I met in Los Angeles. It become so easier now. the software does more than half job. everything fall into right place.

Easy federal form, but charged for SC return
The federal form was really simple to do, but I got kind of disappointed when I realized I had to pay for a SC return when other state returns are free. I mean, seriously, what's the deal with that? Luckily, I discovered another free service that allowed me to download the SC form, print it, and mail it in. It felt kind of old-school, but you know what? It worked!
