Setup had a couple unclear steps in the manual—yeah, I read it twice—but it wasn't hard, just one of those instructions that could use a tweak. All the cables and bits came in the box, so no extra trips to the hardware store. Customer service sorted a tiny tech question for me fast, which felt great. Bought an upgraded unit later and it works just as well. Really happy this worked out.
Near-miss with the charger

Freezing nights, slow help
Woke up one morning to a dead boiler and a blinking SuperBase. I rely on this thing every day to keep a small boiler and my water pump running during rolling blackouts in Kyiv. The app wouldn’t read the serial, firmware looked corrupted, and the unit kept shutting down when the grid dipped. Delivery itself was fine — quick and well boxed — but customer service was the real problem. I opened a ticket and then waited. Weeks went by with missed deadlines and generic replies. Finally someone responded with a workaround that at least let me limit input power and keep the heat on for now. Still annoyed by how long that took. I’m relieved it’s usable again, but trust is shaken.
