deep clean, willing to pay extra. I canceled my web booking and rebooked by phone like they asked. They promised a noon–2pm window the next day. Noon came and went. I called, I called again, no one showed. Then my account showed a weird "4hr Voucher" booking and a $41.87 charge that definitely wasn't what I ordered. For a bit I felt like I was being scammed. Then customer service actually called back, admitted a scheduling mix-up, refunded the charge and rebooked the proper deep clean for the following day. The crew showed up and did a decent job. Still annoying and sloppy communication, but my doubts faded once they fixed it. Not perfect, but glad it ended alright.
Late show, then turned around
08 saying she was on her way, and then...nothing. I left at 2:40 to pick up my son, came back by 3:00, still no one. My mom has a working doorbell and her number; the person either didn’t knock, didn’t come to the door, or took a photo another day and called it done. It felt like we were being ignored. That’s the moment I was most annoyed, honestly. But to their credit, after I complained they actually followed up — apologized, explained there was a routing mistake, and offered to redo the visit same week with a supervisor present. When the team returned they were on time, went through everything clearly, fixed what needed fixing, and the supervisor double-checked. Not perfect, and I’m still wary — I mean, this was our first appointment so trust wasn’t automatic — but that on-site redo is the moment I went from annoyed to satisfied. If you’ve had flaky service elsewhere, you’ll understand the hesitation; they redeemed themselves enough for me to consider using them again, cautiously.
