the contract length. We were told repeatedly the place could be arranged, then after weeks of waiting the contract that arrived was for 50 weeks. I only wanted about 20. They had reassured me twice that wouldn’t be an issue. Then suddenly it was. That back-and-forth wasted time. We also both paid €100 up front for admin that never produced what we needed, so it felt like money gone for nothing. To be fair, there were moments someone tried to help — a rep named Vaishnavi gave updates and checked in — and I appreciate that effort, otherwise it might have felt even worse. Still, the communication was slow and messy, and “reassured” isn’t the word when you later get told no. I found a place on my own in the end, which was a relief, and I’m glad that worked out, but I’m annoyed about the time lost and the extra expense. If you have a tight schedule or specific requirements, be careful. Ask about exact contract length up front. Keep copies of messages. And don’t assume a reassuring reply means it’s all settled. Mildly helpful at times, but overall disorganized. I’d hoped for a smoother process — quicker replies, honest options within my budget, and no surprise long-term contract — but it wasn’t that. Still, glad it ended okay for us, even if the service didn’t really earn our trust.
Still waiting but slightly relieved
a screenshot without identifiers is basically a ghost receipt. I spent ages messaging both the agent and the property, back and forth, feeling like the unpaid middleman rather than a customer. After nagging and sending my proof several times, they finally tracked it down and applied the payment — took longer than it should, but it ended up sorted. So, skeptical at first and annoyed, but in the end they did fix it. If you use them, be ready to follow up and keep screenshots of everything. It’s doable, just fussy.
Didn't think it'd be this painless
Moved here clueless and half-expecting a bureaucratic mess. I hesitated to book after past bad experiences. They turned out super helpful—professional, friendly, even left a hand-drawn note with local cafes. My doubts vanished, honestly will recommend, no joke.
They popped up and helped
I saw them on Instagram and tipped my roommate, glad I did. Really fast replies. They even messaged me first, which surprised me. Delivery showed up quicker than I expected. Dwayne and Tanmay stuck with it and answered every question, patient and helpful, made the whole thing way easier.

Moving day relief, mostly
Halfway through moving day I remembered how this all began — I saw them on a campus Facebook group my sister shared. Communication was solid (phone, WhatsApp), which calmed the nerves about my kid leaving. Raghavi was really quick and friendly and answered everything, though delivery showed up a bit later than expected. Still, overall pretty helpful.

they even called my cat stickers cute, which made me laugh. Happy.
