the stuff works and Matt actually answers like a person, not a robot. I needed a legal source because my pain doc insists on documented meds, and I was tired of Hilo prices that made me grumble. The first order went well, and when a delivery got delayed they sorted it out—took a bit, but they fixed it. The flower selection fits me; I'm partial to their cherry cola strain, consistent and mellow. My only real gripe is the tracking updates are sometimes slow. Overall reliable, cheaper than local options, and a relief. It actually made me breathe easier.
Surprisingly quick fix
I saw this on Instagram while half-asleep and my friend actually recommended it, so I ordered one. Delivery was crazy fast — like, two days fast. When the vape arrived the cartridge wouldn’t fire though. I tried charging it, fiddled with it, reset it maybe, nothing. I messaged support and they were helpful; they shipped a replacement right away and even apologized. So yeah, initial dud, but the quick delivery and fast customer service made me genuinely happy. I’ll probably buy again. Price was fair too, and I’m thankful it worked out in the end.
