the dark green reads almost black in low light, but it didn't bother me much and I'm glad I bought it.
Unboxed and cautiously impressed
they roll quietly even over rough tile, which I tested in the hallway — surprisingly smooth. On the flip side the interior pockets are tighter than I expected and the handle has a tiny wobble if you pull fast, nothing catastrophic but noticed it. Overall it’s light, looks classy and should do the job; not perfect, but I’m happy enough to take it on the trip.
Surprised, in a good way
I'm actually impressed — these suitcases turned out better than I expected. I bought them because my back's messed up and I needed something light after a bad cheap trolley ruined my trip. At first I thought they might be all looks, but they're easy to wheel, the wheels roll smoothly, handle is comfy, and colors are nice. Not perfect, but solid value; would use again, yeah.
Finally a practical carry-on
the outer zipper was stiff at first, but it eased up. Overall I'm happy I bought it and would recommend it to frequent travelers.
Suitcases are great, the rest not so much
sturdy, clean lines, rolls smoothly and I’ve already used one for a quick weekend and for daily commutes to the office when I need extra stuff. But getting them felt like running a small marathon. I got an email about a delay before any order confirmation showed up on the site, and there was no clear reason like “out of stock” or anything. I spent ages emailing back and forth to figure out whether one piece would arrive on time — turned out part of the shipment would, which meant scrambling to find backup luggage for the trip. Chat support was actually friendly and answered nicely, so I wasn’t left in the dark, but the email thread was painful. They offered a 25 CHF refund and then only refunded 15 CHF, which meant more messages and more time lost. In the end I’m kind of satisfied — the product does what I needed and looks good — but the shipping and refund hassle cost me time and patience. Would recommend the suitcase itself, just be ready for a bumpy delivery process.
