practically no smell, which was a relief, and they sit flush with the floor, easy to pop in. I did email asking about extra carpets for the seats and they said they weren’t sold separately yet but would allow a later purchase. That’s when Min stepped in — messaged her over the weekend and she sorted delivery, charged a sensible extra for the upgrade, and made the whole thing painless. Minor thing: one corner of the packaging was a bit creased, but nothing that affects use. The rubber mats are tough and keep the interior clean (dogs approved), while the black carpets add that soft, premium feel — they even include a secondary fitting kit which made the install neater. Overall the product quality feels excellent and the price seems fair. Mostly what stuck with me is the customer care: Min was responsive, cut through the red tape, and treated it like a personal favor. Really glad I went with these.
