Shampoo, conditioner and thickener
Pump on shampoo and container did not work. No response from cs.
Products seem to work, only used once so far. Used thickener with another brand together and my hair looked fuller for several days.Hair serum
I have used four bottles of this serum and i wish I could get all of my money back. The serum is very watery and my hair is still thin as paper. After two bottles I kept reading reviews and it said allow 2 weeks. I purchased 2 more bottles along with the applicator to make sure i did everything right and still no results! Very dissapointing.
Shampoo .. volume
Love how it makes my hair feel... but OMG it stinks! Even after re washing and using a scented spray, I can't hide that smell. In the garbage this expensive shampoo goes.

TERRIBLE! First it stinks and has a very old persons perfume smell to it. Second it makes your hair so brittle. Don’t buy this product, I threw it away b/c Inwasnt going to pay to ship it back!

After using these products for a few days my hair became extremely dry and brittle. I see in the reviews here that I am not the only person that has had this issue. I reached out to them regarding a return and was told I had to pay for postage. You do not have to pay shipping when you purchase the products....so why do you when you return them. The email they sent was in a little broken English, so not sure where these people are. They obviously are playing on the aging generation of women. My hair is healthy, just fine so there is no reason for it to become dry and brittle just after a few washes with their product.
Better Not Younger hair products
I purchased the five products their website said was good for my hair. I paid 136.00 for them and I'm not happy with them. The charcoal cleanser doesn't seem to clean my scalp like they claim nor does the shampoo seem to clean my hair very well. I have to use a good bit of the shampoo because I have fairly long hair. The product I'm supposed to use a couple times a week in place of the conditioner makes my hair look and feel like it hasn't been washed in days. I wouldn't mind paying the high prices for their products if they actually did what they claim. These products are not worth the price you pay for them. I will not purchase again and I will not recommend them to anyone.
