all rolls came in the same coastal pattern, not the four designs promised, so it's not perfect, but it works for the price.
Smaller than I thought
half the time one ply stays stuck and I end up tearing more, which is annoying, like, every time. They also don’t always flush smoothly. If you want softer, go for these; if you hate fiddly tearing, maybe stick with the thicker rolls I got elsewhere. Still, I’m kind of torn.
Delivery & Support Won Me Over
Strange thing to get excited about, but the delivery and support won me over. I had a hiccup with an order and Miranda (Howard) sorted it fast — quick replies, zero fuss, and she actually fixed it. I wasn't convinced at first, but after a year of using their unbleached, unwrapped bamboo rolls in the kitchen and for random cleanup, I'm switching nowhere. Delivery was prompt and the pack arrived neat, no waste. Makes my daily routine feel a bit greener. Pass my thanks on, really appreciated.

the seller replied nicely and explained the courier swap was temporary because of higher order volumes, which I appreciate. If I’d known they were using EVRI I might have delayed my order, or at least asked for a different option. So, product plus customer service were decent, delivery not so much. A heads-up on courier changes would fix most of this, I think.
Quick note about delivery and service

I emailed the company expecting the usual shrug — you know, "it's with the shipper, not our problem" — but they replied in under an hour. They updated my address, apologized for the hassle, and told me they'd already sent another box that would arrive in two days. They didn't make me re-order, they didn't charge me again, and they didn't make excuses. I was honestly surprised by how quickly they sorted it; that was the part that stood out more than the product itself. The initial delivery hiccup was annoying, but the way their customer service handled it made up for it. I also ended up telling another friend about them because of that response — not because the paper is revolutionary, but because people like simple, fast fixes. So yeah, delivery had a bump, ordering was straightforward, price seemed fair, and service was genuinely good — practical and efficient, no theatrics.
