Heartgard and Frontline purchase
I've been a loyal customer at this online pet pharmacy for years now. A friend I used to work with told me about it, and I've been super happy with the top-notch quality stuff and great prices they have. It's so convenient to just order from home and get everything right at my door. Only one time I got a shipment with Heartgard and Frontline, but one of the items had an expiration date that was earlier than the others. I reached out to customer service right away, and they fixed it fast by sending me a replacement without any hassle. Their customer service is really amazing and makes them stand out from the other online pet pharmacies. I totally recommend their products to all pet owners.
Flea and tick chewables
The deals at this place are unbelievable! I got a whole year's supply of flea and tick chewables for my dogs, but when I received them, I noticed they would expire in 8 months. That means I'd be wasting 3 whole months of medication! But when I contacted them, they were super kind and apologized even though it wasn't their fault. They ended up giving me a refund for the 3 months I couldn't use. Can you believe it?! So generous! I absolutely adore this store and will continue to shop here for my furry babies. Thank you, Canada Vet Express, you guys are amazing!
Meds from various countries
The medication I get from this company sometimes comes from Australia or Singapore, which can be a little worrisome. But you know what? I haven't had any issues with the deliveries yet. Well, except for that one time when I had to wait a crazy 2 months for my order to show up. Usually, though, it only takes about 2 weeks.
If you're thinking about trying them out, my suggestion would be to start with a small order to see for yourself before going all in. The prices are great, and overall, I'd say it's worth giving them a shot.Pet supplies
I just wanted to share about my recent experience with buying pet supplies from this company. My pet groomer recommended them to me, so I decided to give them a try. It was my second time ordering from them over the phone, and I have to say, it went pretty well. The only small problem I had was that there was a bit of a language barrier when I talked to customer service, but they still managed to get my order right. They even let me know about some discounts I could get on my next purchase, which I thought was really nice of them.

Pet medication
I just bought some pet meds from this online store and man, let me tell you, the whole delivery thing was a hot mess. Even with a tracking number, I had to twiddle my thumbs for over 10 days waiting on that package. Checking the tracking, I saw all kinds of shipping mistakes that could've easily been avoided. As someone who relies on these pet supplies for my furry friends, I expect my orders to show up on time. That's why I'm asking the store to step up their game and switch to a more trustworthy delivery service like FedEx or UPS. Let's avoid this headache in the future, alright?
Pet supplies for rescue dogs
I just bought some pet supplies for my rescue pups from this website and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the prices. I live in the USA and I've found that the prices here are way better than what I can get at local stores. At first, I was unsure about ordering, but I heard good things from others so I gave it a shot. With all the pet food recalls going on lately, it's tough to trust just any random website with your pet's health. But I'm glad to say that everything has been awesome so far.
Revolution for Dogs
I have been purchasing pet supplies from Canada vet express for three years now. These guys are really awesome. During the COVID situation also, they are supportive and providing the pet supplies to my place timely. I refer this website to my fellow friends to get pet supplies at the lowest price online. To Sharon: if you had your dog tested for Heartworm @ a vet, then you need to coordinate treatment with a vet. Nothing sold anywhere on the web is for laypeople to treat heartworws once your dog is infected. Left untreated by a veterinarian your dog will die.
To be clear: Heartworws live in bloodstream & adult worms live & grow in the heart. This is completely different from other internal parasites that live in the intestines.Nexguard
You can't import prescription drugs from another country into Canada. Because of its name, I assumed I was dealing with a Canadian company, but no, the site's name is IMO deliberatly misleading. These folks ship from the UK. I tried twice, and twice my order was blocked at customs. Fortunately, they were good at issuing a quick refund.
Seraquin joint supplement
I've been sticking with Canada Vet Express for a while now. Their customer service is amazing, prices are great, and everything always gets here right on schedule. Can't say enough good things about their return policy and free shipping. Just started giving my pup Seraquin joint supplement, and he's absolutely loving it!

If you are a breeder and answer honestly your order will be (suprise!!!!) cancelled. This policy is not in their info or ordering info I could find.
Heartgard Plus
I found it odd ordering from Canada and meds being shipped out of the UK. We used to order from a horrible place in Australia, so Canada Vet Express was like a dream. It was worth the $6.49 to get a tracking number so I knew exactly where the meds were. Everything went smoothly and I will reorder from them and recommend them.
Heart guard & Nex guard
They need to find another way to ship other then USPS. I was scammed by a sight that appeared to be USPS looking for additional shipping amount to continue with the purchase. I called customer service and they refunded my shipping cost which was contrary to to reason why I paid for the extra shipping cost. I have been a customer for over 7 years and will now go to the Vets office where I know my purchase will be safe and my pet will not have to be waiting for it’s medication. By the way now a month and no product. Hopefully I will be able to get a refund. Let’s see how that goes.
Nexguard and Revolution
First time ordering from this site. Unfortunately, received another customer's order. I emailed customer service to let them know. I got a timely reply and was asked to m ail the order to the proper recipient and told I would be reimbursed fur the shipping. I did so the following day and emailed the same customer service rep. a copy of the receipt. Several days passed and I did not get a reply. I sent a copies of the receipt 2 more times. I then received a voice mail message stating that they had not heard from me!! I called back and had to give them the tracking # and amount I paid over the phone. I also had to inquire about MY order, as I had no confirmation that the other party had shipped my products. This was unorthodox and unprofessional in my opinion. This was a $200 order. I placed the order 3/24/2021. It's now 4/10 and I still haven't received my products. My dogs are scratching and uncomfortable. Will go through my vet and pay more in the future. Not pleased with this experience.

Several items
I tried to purchased several hundred of dollars of merchandise from Cananda Vet Express and kept getting these emails saying they urgently needed to talk with me about my order. They verified what I ordered. The 2nd email was to tell me that they were out of a particular product and was I okay if they credited my card and sent the rest. Then they sent me a form email where they wanted a copy of the front and back of the credit card in order to reprocess the new amount. NOOOOOOOO WAYYYYYYY. With all the fraud out there!!! They already had the okay for the original amount and were crediting the item not being sent. I GOT ALL KIND OF RED FLAGS FROM THIS REQUEST AND THEM BEING IN CANADA AND SHIPPING FROM THE UK. I had ordered from them before. I CANCELLED THE ORDER AND WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN!!!
I'm having the exact same problem so far. I have ordered from them for years but this time it's been a problem. They also wanted a copy of front & back of credit card. No way. Got another email today with same call about order.

I have brought products before from another company and they were fakes. Are products in correct packaging? I brought seresto collars and they were fake. Thanks for any advise.
