I don't mean to be all dramatic, but let me tell you, the service I got was just terrible. I tried reaching out a bunch of times to find out what was going on with my order, but I got nothing back. I sent three emails and didn't hear a peep in response. It really made me wonder if the product was even worth it. I mean, come on, in this day and age, not keeping customers in the loop is just not cool.
Magazine carrier
When you order a holster for a 380 pistol, a drop-down menu asks if you wish to order a magazine. It doesn't tell you that they don't carry a magazine for the holster you just ordered so they send you a magazine carrier that doesn't fit your pistol and when you go to return it they tell you you'll have to pay for the postage. If I find they have subtracted the postage for my refund I will never buy from them again
