I recently bought some brewing supplies from this place and it was really awesome! I was able to get everything I needed to start making my own beer at home like a pro. They had a great selection and even had all those little things I never even knew I needed. Plus, the prices were pretty good so I didn't have to spend too much money. Overall, I was really happy with my purchase and I'm super excited to start brewing!
Brewery equipment
The process of ordering was a complete headache all the way through. The website kept messing up, the payment system was a pain, and it took way too long to confirm my order. By the time everything finally went through, I was already feeling like I shouldn't have shopped here. But I persevered and hoped that the service would at least make up for all the trouble. Sadly, that turned out not to be the case.
Stainless steel water heating element
I just bought a stainless steel water heating element from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the quality. It got here quickly and was exactly like it was shown on the website. Brewer's fitting purchase
I was pretty let down by my order from Dernord. The fittings I got were not as good as I hoped, and a few were even messed up when they arrived. I tried getting in touch with customer service to fix it, but they took a while to respond. And when they finally did, they weren't very helpful in fixing the problem. Dealing with the poor communication and support was really frustrating.
Tri-Clamp Fittings
I'll just get straight to the point - this company's Tri-Clamp fittings are really great. I was so done with dealing with leaks and compatibility problems from other brands, but these fittings are super dependable. The stainless steel material is strong and easy to keep clean, plus the pricing is fair for the quality you get. All in all, I'm really satisfied with how well they work and would definitely suggest them to anyone looking for a reliable solution.
Tri clamp fitting
My tri clamp fitting was 2" in diameter. Fitting from Dernord was 2.5". I found out I needed to order 1.5 " diameter to get 2" diameter fitting. I asked if I could return fitting and was told that I needed to pay shipping cost to China.
Useful products
I am a long time user of water heating equipment from Dernord and no can take time to understand if say three water heater in one season is self explaining the assurances of seller? These products are available on Amazon and I discontinued previous one and prefer to buy this one Unfortunately didn't worked as expected after going through many positive opinions of other users.
Last one is of 1500watt water heater Cable is fine of nylon It's a compact designed fold back feature
Specifications given is showing no other heater could be better then this but fact is different .Prices are also on higher side.Lot of improvement required especially power supply to element.
