I switched after a clunky experience with another trading platform, and this has felt much smoother. Charts load quickly, and the indicators are actually useful without making the screen feel crowded. I mostly use it for crypto and some Forex trades. Funding the account was simple, and my withdrawal arrived the next day. Support answered a small question I had pretty fast too. It’s been reliable so far.
Good selection, weak updates
we were quoted three to five days, then waited nearly three weeks. Delays can happen, I get that, but nobody contacted us unless we called first. It ended up being fine, thankfully, but clearer updates would have made the whole experience much less stressful.
