water filters for refrigerator
The original filter that came with the fridge cost about $50 to replace from the manufacturer.... which I thought was an absurd amount! Ordered the ClearChoice version from DiscountFilters instead, for a fraction of the cost! I believe I did the math and I could get 3 ClearChoice filters for the price of one of the other kind! So, quite a bit of savings! Since there was such a price difference, I was a little worried about quality. So, we made a pitcher of water using both filters and did a blind taste test (we're nerds, I know) to see if we could tell a difference. Could not. Had no problem changing out the filter either. Very impressed with quality, price, and shipping (arrived in about a week- during COVID). Will definitely purchase all our water filters from them in the future. Have yet to try their air filters, but will likely order those from them too once we run out of the ones we have! Oh, also, DiscountFilters has a good Facebook page and they seem to be good about replying to you quickly if you post a comment/question. They also have sales pretty frequently, so it's good to sign up for their newsletter or follow them so you can get in on the deals.
Everything was fine
I have dealt with 'Discount Filters several times. Have NOt been disappointed with the products nor the service. I will continue doing business with Discount Filters. From my experience, they are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
Air filter purchase
I just bought some air filters from this company and I gotta say, I was really impressed. The quality of the products is top-notch and the customer service was outstanding. The filters fit perfectly and have really improved the air quality in my home. But what really blew me away was how great the customer service was. The reps were so quick to help, super knowledgeable, and made sure I was happy with everything. And I love that they have an easy return policy, makes me feel better knowing I can sort out any problems down the line. All in all, I'm really happy with my experience and will be coming back for sure.
HVAC air vent filter purchase
I just bought some HVAC air vent filters from this company and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with the quality and service. I did have a little trouble finding the right size and type of filter on the website at first, but the actual product turned out to be better than I expected. Replacement filters for an old machine
I just bought some replacement filters for my old machine from this company. Ordering was really easy and I got my stuff pretty quickly. The filters fit my machine nicely, but I had a little trouble with the fastener that came with it. The filters seem pretty good quality and I'm pleased with my purchase.
Air filters
I was happy with how cheap these air filters were that I got here. They work just as good as the fancy brands I usually buy. But y'know, it took forever for them to get here after I ordered. On the bright side, at least the delivery was free so that kinda made up for the wait.
Filter purchase for many years
I've been with this company for so long and I gotta say, their stuff is top-notch. The filters I've bought always work great in my appliances and are super high quality. Replacement HEPA + carbon prefilters
I needed to replace the HEPA + carbon prefilters for my Idyllis air cleaners because my usual place stopped selling them. I looked online and came across DiscountFilters. I was really happy with the quality of the prefilters and the fact that they sent extra ones with my order. The customer service was excellent and ordering was a breeze. A/C filters
I was very impressed with how quickly I received my order from Discount Filters! Even though USPS only delivered 1 of the 2 boxes of my A/C filters, when I contacted customer service they were friendly and quickly replaced the portion of the order that USPS did not deliver. I was very impressed! So great that companies like this one still exist!

Purchased previously used filters
I got some filters online that had been preowned. They actually work really well, in my opinion. The box they came in was totally squished, almost like someone had squashed it with something heavy. Even though the filters were okay, I thought it was odd that there wasn't any extra packaging inside the damaged box.
Furnace filters, water filters both for home and church.
Continues to provide great products, prompt shipping, great array of sizes particularly the newer thick dimensions. Attractive pricing, which avoids constant competitive shopping. Website very easy to use. Will certainly continue with their products and service.

My first order was great. Once I needed new filters, I ordered again, ordering the same AIRx Allergy filters. What arrived today do not look the same. They do not say AIRx. They are not factory-wrapped. They have different markings on them. I am concerned that this was fraudulent and that they sent me a box of 12 knock offs instead. I have contacted customer service.

I was quite pleased with my purchase; I needed to replace my A/C filter right away but could not buy locally the size that I needed. My order was delivered promptly so that I was able to replace my ... filter. I will be a return customer.
