Okay so here’s the short version I told my buddy yesterday — I bought these probiotics after binge-watching a bunch of the creator's videos because my IBS has been acting up for months and I figured, why not try something that actually sounded science-y. I was kinda excited, low-key hopeful. Then the box (well, envelope) showed up and my brain did a slow facepalm. The product was packed in a plain envelope, no cold pack, and the date on the bottle read like it had been sitting on someone’s shelf for ages. That single detail — the lack of cold chain and the really old manufacture dates — is the thing that ruined the whole vibe for me.
