The executive Saarinen arm chairs I got from this website are just stunning. The fabric and wooden legs look amazing and they're so comfortable too. Sleek tulip chairs for renovated condo
We just redid our 9th floor condo and we needed some cool, comfy chairs for our new dining table. After doing a bunch of research, we decided to go with six tulip chairs from this company. The chairs showed up a little later than we thought, but the customer service team kept us in the loop the whole time. The White Glove delivery team was pro and the chairs themselves look amazing in our dining room. All in all, we were super happy with both the customer service and the quality of the chairs. Furniture set
I'm really disappointed with the customer service I got from this company. It's been since November that we bought a furniture set, and now it's February, and we still haven't received our order. Even though the stuff is supposed to be in stock, we keep getting the runaround with useless tracking numbers. They said one of the items was shipped by UPS, but it hasn't moved in 2 months. When I contacted customer service, they said they'd check on it, but there's been no update or fix. The lack of communication and honesty is just not right. I won't be buying from this company again.

Mario Bellini Couch
Buying the Mario Bellini couch from Eternity Modern has been a huge letdown. I ordered on September 10 and was promised delivery within 5-7 days, but it's been a month now, and still no couch. The white glove delivery service I paid extra for has been disappointing, only delivering once a week. On top of that, when I tried to schedule a delivery date, I got a message saying there was an unresolved balance that Eternity Modern didn't pay the delivery company. So now I have no idea when my couch will arrive or any updates from the company. This kind of service is not okay and I'm really unhappy with how this whole purchase has gone.
Chair purchased
I just bought a chair from this company and let me tell you, it took forever to arrive! I had to wait 30 weeks, which was really annoying, especially for just one chair. And to make matters worse, the customer service was terrible. They didn't seem to care about helping me with any issues or questions I had.
EM Sky Bed and family room arm chairs
We got the EM Sky Bed and some family room armchairs from this company, and man, they really went above and beyond with the quality and service. The packaging and shipping were top-notch, no hiccups at all. We were a bit worried about the leather on the chairs, but they came in perfect shape.
