Executive Saarinen arm chairs
The executive Saarinen arm chairs I got from this website are just stunning. The fabric and wooden legs look amazing and they're so comfortable too. My dining room looks totally different with these chairs, and I'm thrilled with my purchase. The customer service was top-notch. They answered all my questions about the fabric and were quick to fix any delivery issues. Dealing with them was a breeze from start to finish. All 6 chairs arrived in perfect shape and were packed really well for shipping. I'm really happy with how everything went and will definitely be checking out more furniture on this website in the future.
Sleek tulip chairs for renovated condo
We just redid our 9th floor condo and we needed some cool, comfy chairs for our new dining table. After doing a bunch of research, we decided to go with six tulip chairs from this company. The chairs showed up a little later than we thought, but the customer service team kept us in the loop the whole time. The White Glove delivery team was pro and the chairs themselves look amazing in our dining room. All in all, we were super happy with both the customer service and the quality of the chairs. We've already told our friends about this company and we'll definitely be back for more furniture in the future.
EM Lounge Chair & Ottoman
I just got the EM Lounge Chair & Ottoman from this company, and let me tell you, I am completely over the moon with how it turned out. The chair looks just like the original Herman Miller design and it totally elevates the look of my living room. And let me tell you, it's not just a pretty piece – it's also super comfy, which makes it the ultimate spot to unwind after a tough day. I had my eye on this chair for a while and was so happy to score it for such a good deal on their site. The quality totally blew me away and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
Awesome chair
Dang, this chair is awesome! It's so comfortable and fits perfectly in my room. I enjoy chilling in it while I'm working on homework or getting lost in a good book. Buying it was a breeze, just like ordering a pizza. The customer service was amazing, the folks were friendly and super helpful. The price was right for such a rad chair, totally worth every dime! Plus, the delivery was quick, it showed up in a huge box all nice and protected. I'm over the moon with my new chair, definitely the best buy ever!
EM Sky Bed and family room arm chairs
We got the EM Sky Bed and some family room armchairs from this company, and man, they really went above and beyond with the quality and service. The packaging and shipping were top-notch, no hiccups at all. We were a bit worried about the leather on the chairs, but they came in perfect shape. We could've asked for swatches, but decided to just go for it and got our stuff in mint condition. Bottom line, we're super impressed with what this company delivered.
Chair with custom fabric
I recently got this really awesome chair that I picked out my own fabric for. It's been a long wait though, like around 15 weeks, but they've been great about keeping me in the loop with email updates.

The whole process of ordering and receiving the EM Lounge Chair & Ottoman was so smooth and easy. Sofa purchase
The customer service was amazing with all my questions. Let me tell you, the design and build of the sofa went above and beyond what I was expecting - high quality and really well made! I definitely recommend going with the white glove delivery service because this sofa is no joke heavy. I'm already looking forward to ordering more furniture from here and kicking back on my new sofa once I'm done with home renovations.
High quality, comfortable, stylish, delayed delivery
I'm really happy with what I bought from this company. The furniture I got is top-notch quality, super comfy, and looks really nice. Even though they were out of a few fabric samples and the delivery took longer than I thought, I think it's worth it if you're not in a hurry. And I liked that there wasn't a strong fabric smell, so I could start using the products right away.
Orange Womb Chair purchase with elegant travertine tray
I was so excited when I got this lovely travertine tray as a little gift with my new orange Womb Chair. It looks so fancy sitting with all my perfumes, really classing up the joint. I had a great time buying the chair, and I'm super pleased with how it all turned out.
Chair and footstool purchase
I just bought a chair and footstool, and I have to say, I am so happy with how nice they are! The design is really modern and sleek, and the leather is top-notch. I can tell that a lot of care and skill went into making these pieces.
We furnished our living room and dining room
Where do I even begin. Everything about our experience with Eternity Modern has been distasteful ... unprofessional. Several of our items arrived damaged - both sling back chairs and four of the six dining chairs. The couch came without instructions and the white glove delivery service didn’t know how to set it up - we were left with modules sitting in our living room for close to a week.
Finally, after about 20 calls to eternity modern, my husband and I assembled the couch ourselves with a shoelace, per the CEO of eternity modern. Yes, you heard that right. I have an email from the CEO telling me to set up a 7k couch with a shoelace.
Regarding the damages, we filed a claim the day the furniture arrived (within 30 minutes of it arriving) and eternity modern did nothing about it. We have an email chain going back-and-forth with them that lasted almost 7 weeks.
We finally sent everything to our credit card company to disputed the charges and won the dispute. About a week after the dispute was settled, they decided to begin harassing us for the furniture back and threatening legal action. We were on vacation when they originally reached out ... have now hired a lawyer who is handling this for us.
I forgot to also mention that our furniture sat at the white glove warehouse for close to three weeks after being delivered there because eternity modern did not send them the proper documentation to identify that we were the owners. I can’t even tell you how many phone calls I had to make to get that straightened out.
Our lawyer is still trying to settle with them, as we do not want to be stuck in an unfurnished home. They have not backed down and continue to threaten legal action if they don’t get all their furniture back. This has to be the worst companies I’ve ever worked with.
Beware - everything from the beginning has been a nightmare ... we basically have to pay for the consequences of their terrible business management and lack of professionalism.Saarinen Leather Executive Chair
I purchased a leather Saarinen Executive chair from Eternity Modern for around $900. The chair was delivered in October 2020. I noticed recently the finish on the leather was coming off. It appears there are at least two layers to the finish with the large areas of the top layer wearing off to reveal a lighter secondary layer. As I have had a lot of leather furniture, car seats, etc., this is the first time I have experienced the finish wearing off. Since the chair is only 1-1/2 years old, I would expect better wear and feel the leather is defective. I contacted Eternity Modern about the issue providing details and pictures. They responded with their warranty indicating the leather was excluded from their warranty coverage. As the chair is leather, they are essentially absolving themselves of any responsibility.

Avoid buying from this company
Avoid buying from this company. They lure you in with free delivery over 1,000 BUT that is only curbside delivery. I ordered a bed and one man came to leave it on the curb. This is not Uber Eats and I have not ordered a hamburger....its a queen bed people and in a huge box! Obviously, I could not carry a bed by myself into my home so I had to send it away. Forget trying to return the item.That will cost you too! Now I have to pay a small fortune to return it and the only other way out of this terrible purchase is to pay for a redelivery and a "White Glove Service" to actually get it delivered and carried into the home. If you contact the company, you will get "robot" responses and zero customer service to make the experience better. I am sure you will see a comment under my review that will be written by a robot explaining their terrible policies and their unwillingness to help the customer feel good about their purchase. Positive? Nice website and options to pick from. From there it’s simple. They take your money and you wait. And you wait some more. You may start to feel like you’ve been caught up in a scam (you have). So you call customer service and don’t receive a response. You send an email and might get a vague reply in a week. The chair finally arrives. It is IKEA in quality but not as comfortable. The ottoman? It never came. After multiple attempts at dealing with the situation I am now shipping back the chair at my coat for packaging and shipping and they will hopefully refund me (after further gauging me a restocking fee). Honestly, the stuff is made in China. Save yourself the grief and go to Wayfair. It’s Chinese knockoffs. What a scam.
