CBD skincare products
I ordered some CBD skincare products on September 24, 2023. It was supposed to ship in 2 days, but a whole week went by with no delivery. I sent emails, but no one responded. I tried reaching out on Instagram and finally got a response saying they would contact me soon. Two weeks later, and still nothing! Where is my order!? To top it off, they charged me for another month's subscription before I even received the first one. ? I did eventually get a refund, but they didn't cancel my subscriptions like I asked. More emails, more waiting, and still no response. I ended up disputing the charge. Their customer service is a complete joke. Save yourself the trouble and don't buy from them!

Just make sure your shipping address is correct as they will not be able to redirect goods once they are moved. Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. They only ship and deliver on weekdays. Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Free standard (ground) shipping is offered on all orders worth over $100 via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Shipments can take 1-10 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options (2 business days & overnight) are also available. Currently, they do not ship internationally. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging with tags.
