CBD skincare products
I ordered some CBD skincare products on September 24, 2023. It was supposed to ship in 2 days, but a whole week went by with no delivery. I sent emails, but no one responded. I tried reaching out on Instagram and finally got a response saying they would contact me soon. Two weeks later, and still nothing! Where is my order!? To top it off, they charged me for another month's subscription before I even received the first one. 😒 I did eventually get a refund, but they didn't cancel my subscriptions like I asked. More emails, more waiting, and still no response. I ended up disputing the charge. Their customer service is a complete joke. Save yourself the trouble and don't buy from them!
