I did get an automated promo email about their Instagram, so I figured, why not actually use Instagram. I messaged them there and got a human reply after maybe 12 hours — they confirmed my email and said someone would be in touch “ASAP.” That “ASAP” turned into radio silence for days. Meanwhile I’m low-key panicking because I’d signed up for a subscription and could get charged again before my first box even shows up.
Anyway, a positive — and kind of surprising — thing: about two weeks after the order I finally received a support email saying my order had been refunded. So yeah, refund happened. I’m relieved about that. But the relief is laced with annoyance, because my subscription wasn’t cancelled as I’d asked, and the site told me to email to cancel. I emailed. No answer. I asked on Instagram what their promised response time was and someone said one business day, which, in my experience, did not match reality. Then another week passed with no action, so I disputed the charge.
What really stuck with me was the communication mess. Having to create or use an Instagram account to get any response feels wrong — businesses should answer email or have a clear self-serve portal. If you’re tempted to subscribe, my tip would be: don’t, unless you’re fine chasing them down. Also, keep your payment method monitored in case you need to dispute. I’m grateful the refund showed up eventually, and the product itself wasn’t the issue, but the whole back-and-forth and lack of reliability made it more trouble than it was worth.CBD skincare products
I ordered some CBD skincare products on September 24, 2023. It was supposed to ship in 2 days, but a whole week went by with no delivery. I sent emails, but no one responded. I tried reaching out on Instagram and finally got a response saying they would contact me soon. Two weeks later, and still nothing! Where is my order!? To top it off, they charged me for another month's subscription before I even received the first one. ? I did eventually get a refund, but they didn't cancel my subscriptions like I asked. More emails, more waiting, and still no response. I ended up disputing the charge. Their customer service is a complete joke. Save yourself the trouble and don't buy from them!
