I needed something quick after our neighbor lost her sister on Boxing Day, and also wanted two small Christmas cards for family. So I ordered three flower cards. Delivery came exactly when I asked, which was a relief — that mattered more than anything. The flowers were fresh, and oddly they still looked fine on Dec 31. Customer service was straightforward and helpful when I checked tracking. Would use again.
Not perfect, but fixed
I'd recommend them — despite the initial screw-up. My husband ordered roses for Valentine's and they showed up wilted, which was annoying. I called customer service and Amy actually sorted it out, next day a teacup arrangement arrived, looked great. So yes, good recovery. If you're picky, maybe follow up quickly, but overall OK, I was relieved.
Birthday delivery gone sideways
the toy itself is actually pretty clever and not as cheap-feeling as I feared. Problem is the logistics — it missed the delivery day, the customer line said they were closed, and I lost the evening surprise. So the product felt fine and did the job when used, but the delivery ruined the timing. A win was the packaging — neat, discreet, appreciated.
Funeral flowers never showed up
I wouldn't trust them for anything important. I ordered flowers for a bereavement and they never arrived. I checked the recipient's doorbell and Ring cams — nothing. Flowercard insisted it was left at the side of the house or maybe in the bin, which was just dismissive. I tried to explain, they didn't listen. Felt really let down, upset even. Going to complain to trading standards, and I mean it.
Almost didn't arrive, but they fixed it
Halfway through the week my phone buzzed — there was a delivery hiccup with the Flowercard I’d sent to a friend. I first saw these on a friend’s Instagram story and even tipped my sister to try one. The team messaged me right away and offered a replacement, which honestly calmed me down. My friend sent a photo later and the card looked really sweet. I was a bit annoyed at the mix-up, but the fast help and the nice card made me decide I’ll order again for my cousin.
