Halfway through the week my phone buzzed — there was a delivery hiccup with the Flowercard I’d sent to a friend. I first saw these on a friend’s Instagram story and even tipped my sister to try one. The team messaged me right away and offered a replacement, which honestly calmed me down. My friend sent a photo later and the card looked really sweet. I was a bit annoyed at the mix-up, but the fast help and the nice card made me decide I’ll order again for my cousin.
