I first saw this on my sister's Instagram story and actually told a buddy to get one — looked neat. When it arrived the projected pics were so fuzzy you can barely make out anything, especially photos I tried to project. Their ad said you could draw from photos, ha, nope. I emailed about a refund a month ago and still nothing back. Delivery was slow too, kinda annoying
My gut was right
troubleshooting done, warranty expired. So yeah, my worries didn't vanish.
Porch surprise turned out okay
It showed up sooner than I thought and was packed pretty well — always a relief. My daughter ended up wanting to draw freehand, so we figured we'd return the projector but I tossed the outer box with the holiday clutter. At first customer service was kinda confusing about a restocking fee, then even said no returns, which annoyed me. After a short back-and-forth a manager offered store credit instead, which was a nice surprise. Not perfect, but better than past experiences with other shops — friendly fix in the end.
Surprisingly smooth experience
Halfway through the unboxing I laughed — I first saw this on GMA and my daughter actually tipped me to buy it. Shipping got here faster than I thought, and when a small part was off customer service jumped in and sorted it out quickly. The return/refund was painless too, which honestly made me happy. Glad I ordered it, would recommend to friends.
