Fully standing desk purchase
I bought a Fully standing desk (a Remi) about 2.5 years ago when lockdown started. Let me tell you, this desk has been worth every penny! It's built like a tank and the lift operates so smoothly. Anyway, a few months back, I moved to a new place and somehow managed to misplace a bag that had some important parts for the desk. I thought I was gonna have to fork out for a whole new desk or settle for something cheaper. But man, Fully's customer service team totally came through for me. They not only sent me all the replacement parts for free, but they also covered the shipping costs. I talked to two different reps and both of them were super quick, professional, and really helpful. Seriously, I can't say enough good things about how they handled everything. They really care about keeping their customers happy.
Remi Bamboo Standing Desk
I needed a new standing desk to replace my old one, and the Remi Bamboo Standing Desk is beyond my expectations. This online store delivered all the desk components within a week of ordering. I was worried I would have issues assembling the desk, but the instructions were straightforward. It took twenty minutes to put together the desk fully, and it looks beautiful and sturdy. I'm waiting to see if the desk lasts up to its fifteen and five-year warranties. Also, I have ordered a customized high chair from this store. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase from this store. You can give them a try; they have a variety of furniture on sale.
Desk with quirks
We got this really cool desk with some awesome features, but when it showed up, the top was all messed up! We tried to let the delivery folks know, but they gave us the wrong form to fill out. Luckily, the customer service team fixed it up fast and sent us a new top. It was totally worth it because we couldn't find another desk with such cool customization options. Putting it together was easy with the paper instructions and the helpful youtube video from the company. We're definitely gonna buy more stuff from here!
Standing desk purchase
I just bought a standing desk from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed by how good it is. Even though there was a little delay in getting it to me, they kept me updated on where my desk was. The desk itself is super strong, looks great, and moves up and down really easily. I definitely suggest this desk to anyone looking for one. It's a bummer that this company has gotten some bad reviews before because my experience with them has been really great.
Expensive desk
I bought a desk for $1000 last year, and now I can't even use it because one of the legs is broken. Customer service wasn't getting back to me, but they finally sent out a replacement leg and parts.
Standing desk and Luna stool
I just got a new standing desk with a manual crank arm and a Luna stool. Desk is awesome once put together, but the assembly instructions were a bit lacking. The Luna stool had a little problem with the cushion coming off the seat after a few weeks. But when I contacted customer service, they were super quick to send me a replacement without any trouble. I was really impressed with how fast and helpful they were.
