Bought a new pair of headphones for my commute and poof — package vanished on Nov 15. CS keeps telling me it's "escalated" and that I'll get an email; surprise, no email, no refund. My money is frozen (I miss those morning tunes). It's annoying, they might find it someday, but I'm out cash and patience — service isn't great, though the product would have been fine.
Surprisingly handy find
Halfway through taping up my holiday cards I noticed the envelopes felt solid — nice weight, not the usual flimsy stuff. I first saw JAM on a friend's Instagram and thought, why not? Ended up tossing in pens and gift wrap too. One envelope arrived a bit bent, but customer service sorted it quick. Stuff's easy to use, one-stop shop, will order again definitely soon.
Almost bailed, but glad I didn't
So I nearly bailed on this order — the site makes you pick individual labels and I kept trying to figure out "how many packs is that?" Used to be able to order by packs, which was way simpler. I hesitated, thought about trying another company with a cleaner site, but support answered quickly and the labels arrived fast. They're good quality and stick well. My skepticism faded. Not perfect — still want pack-based ordering back — but overall satisfied.
Misleading listing, handled poorly
I wouldn't trust the listing — what I ordered wasn't what I got, though they did eventually update the online description. I sent a photo of the product page and my receipt; they admitted the listing was wrong but said they won't send the extra items I paid for. So yeah, disappointed and I won't reorder. On the plus side they fixed the listing the same day, which helps future buyers, but it doesn't fix my order. Lesson learned, moving on.
Finally arrived, but not easy
I was standing by the door when the update finally changed from "delayed" to "out for delivery" — that was the moment I relaxed. I ordered two weeks ago; the site gave a date, then they pushed it twice and chat reps kept dropping off. Support felt bot-like and it took a couple of escalations to get someone who actually offered a small refund. The product showed up the next day, unboxed fine and works as advertised. So yeah, not perfect — communication was messy and annoying — but the item and the partial credit made me feel like it was worth waiting for.
Wrong size, right timing (sort of)
I was halfway through stuffing cards when it hit me — these envelopes were tiny. I ordered A7 gold-foil envelopes for our holiday mailer and opened the box to find A2s. Not the end of the world, but definitely the wrong world. I called customer support and after some back-and-forth got stuck on a rep who asked me to take photos and email them before doing anything useful. That felt like stalling. So I cancelled and placed an emergency order elsewhere because my small business has deadlines and I can’t afford a hold-up.
