Vanity purchase
I bought a vanity from another company at first, but their customer service wasn't up to par. They were lacking in professionalism and knowledge, and their different departments didn't talk to each other well, so it took forever to get things sorted out. On the flip side, the folks at KB Authority were awesome. They really know how to treat customers right. They addressed all my concerns quickly and even let me know that the item I bought was on sale, saving me almost $500 compared to other stores. Their staff knew their stuff and made sure to keep me updated on my order. The delivery was fast and the item was in perfect shape when it got to me. I can't recommend KB Authority enough - their website is easy to use and they have a ton of products to choose from. I'm super happy with my purchase and my whole experience with KB Authority was great.

The folks over at KB Authority who work on Sales and Customer Service are seriously awesome! I can be a bit picky sometimes, but they've always been super helpful, nice, and understanding with me. They were able to answer all my questions, made sure the stuff I wanted was available, and even went the extra mile to check with the warehouse to reassure me. The sales rep had some really great ideas for my bathroom redo, and I couldn't be happier with all the products I got from them. My order showed up right on time like they said it would, and I'm for sure gonna be coming back for more in the future.
Bathroom faucet and shower set.
I gotta say, my time as a customer of KB Authority was awesome. Ordering was a piece of cake, no confusion or anything. I found the bathroom faucet and shower set I wanted without any trouble. They had a good selection available and I got exactly what I was after. My stuff came right on time and in perfect shape thanks to the good packaging. Plus, the salesperson I chatted with really knew their stuff and helped me out with all the details I needed. All in all, it was a solid experience and I'd totally think about ordering from KB Authority again down the road.
Shower head and faucet combo

Showerhead with LED lights
I got this showerhead with LED lights and it was like really cool! It came super fast, like in just 4 days instead of the 6-8 they said. It was built and packaged really well, in this small but tough plywood box all wrapped up nice. The product itself was bendable but there wasn't any dings or damages. Opening it up was like Christmas morning, so exciting!

I've gotta give a shoutout to Authority because, man, they never fail to impress me. I recently bought a vanity from them and the customer service was top-notch. The rep helped me pick out the perfect one for me and I got it at an amazing price. Plus, the delivery was super smooth and it even came earlier than expected. The whole process was great and they kept me in the loop the whole time. Seriously, if you want quality products at great prices, go with Authority. They've got my recommendation all day long.
Table top and base purchase
I recently bought a table top and base from this company and had a really good experience. There was a little hiccup with the delivery, but the staff there were super helpful and got it sorted out quickly. The table top and base showed up on time and were really good quality. Putting it all together was easy, and now I have a strong and beautiful table that I'm really satisfied with. I definitely suggest checking out this company and their tables if you're in the market for something similar.
Vanity purchase
I just got a vanity from this company and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with the quality and service. Even though the delivery took a little longer than expected, the vanity I got is amazing. Way better than anything I've seen at places like Lowes or Home Depot. The packaging was great and the shipping was done really well, no damage at all. I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be coming back for any more home improvement stuff I need.
Outdoor chimes purchase
I just bought some wind chimes online. I thought they were great, but when they arrived, I realized they didn't work with my doorbell. I had to send them back on my own dime, which was a bummer. It would've been nice if the website had more details on which doorbells go with their chimes. It could have saved me some trouble and money.
