Faulty product warranty claim
I recently had to contact customer service about a problem with a product warranty, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! Valerija from the customer service team was amazing. She walked me through the whole process, from registering my product to filing a warranty claim. Lelo offering a 10-year warranty is impressive, but the way Valerija handled my claim was exceptional. It felt like having my own personal assistant taking care of everything. I've had worse experiences at the immigration office, so props to Lelo for their fantastic customer service. Thanks to Valerija, I now have a replacement on the way at a 50% discount, which I think is really generous. I've been a loyal Lelo customer since 2020 and even gifted SONA toys to my friends who all love them. Overall, I couldn't be happier with how things turned out, and I want to give a big thank you to Valerija and the whole Lelo team.

I've been a loyal user of this company for a while now, and I have to say, my experience has been exceptional. I did have a small issue with one of my products, but the customer service team took care of it right away and made the replacement process easy. Ivan was really dedicated and professional, which made the whole experience even better. Even though no product is perfect, the quality and service from this company have made me a loyal customer. I have no problem recommending this brand to others because I truly believe in their superior products and support.
Two products
I really have to give props to the support team at this place, they are seriously top-notch! Monika, in particular, really went above and beyond to help me out with an issue I was having. I had ordered two products, but unfortunately, they never made it to me because of some shipping mishaps. I contacted customer service, and Monika was super quick to refund me for one product, and at the same time, she made sure the second one was sent out right away. Big shoutout to Monika and the rest of the support team for their fast and awesome help!
New toy
I got this new toy, but after using it a few times, it stopped working. I was so bummed, but then I remembered it had a warranty, thank goodness! I contacted the company, and they sent me a replacement crazy fast. Now I'm over the moon happy, and my mood has totally turned around. Big thanks to the folks over there! This toy is just awesome - it brings me so much happiness and enjoyment!
My latest purchase
I've been a customer for a while now and I gotta say, the stuff I got recently is just top-notch. It's high-quality and always does the job. It lasts forever and gives me a great time every time. I messed up an order recently, but the customer service team helped me out real quick and fixed it no problem. The delivery was fast and I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. Just the best.
Customer service experience
I had the best customer service experience at this company. The rep, Valentina L., was super helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. She was really nice, paid attention to details, and gave me great service. You could tell she really cared about making sure I was happy. I felt valued and respected the whole time. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants awesome customer service.
Awesome stuff
This company is seriously amazing! Their products are so top-notch, I've been buying from them forever because they're just that cool. And let me tell you, their customer service is seriously the best ever. Their warranties are just mind-blowing. You really have to give them a try, I promise you won't be let down. They're honestly the best!
Replacement Product Assistance
Katarina really helped me out when I needed a replacement product. She was great at keeping me in the loop and got everything sorted quickly. She set up the return of the original item and had the replacement sent out overnight. The only thing I'd recommend for future customers is to print DHL files on one side only to prevent any mix-ups.
