Just few days back I bought it So not a right time to say how long color will be stable
One issue is time Take four times more then normal deliveries Reason told it is made by hand on order Fine ,that is not issue really because seller shared this time with booking I have used this store to buy products especially bracelets for gifting purposes.Disappointing jewelry purchase
I bought a pair of hoop earrings from this brand not too long ago, but they ended up breaking and bending after only two weeks of wearing them. I tried contacting their customer service team through email, but it's been really unhelpful and just plain frustrating. All in all, I've been pretty let down by both the quality of the product and the service I've received.
Xmas gift order
I ordered a Christmas gift on December 7th, but I've been trying to reach out to the company multiple times to check on the status. Finally, they told me it wouldn't arrive until December 30th. I asked to cancel the order, but they said it was impossible once it had been marked. Their customer service and communication skills were really lacking. Dealing with them was definitely not worth the trouble.
