I remember the first box arriving on a Tuesday. I started using the nappies right away and my first impression was solid. The product felt soft. No rash. Fit seemed good. After a few months we subscribed because it was convenient and, to be fair, the early email replies were quick. Even on a Sunday they answered. That made the ordering part easy and predictable, so I kept going.
Saw it at the show, expected better
some parts are decent, but for the price I expected better stitching and honest packaging. My doubts before buying weren’t really eased and I probably won’t buy from them again unless they fix these issues.
