not what they advertise, but it arrived and some pieces are usable. The site photos promise neat, higher-end shirts; what I got looked cheap — thin fabric, loose threads, bad seams, color off. It feels like a costume version of the product, not the real thing. I reached out for a refund and was denied; instead they shipped a replacement, which I think is their way of avoiding returns because it's cheaper than processing my $99 refund. Customer support was polite but didn't solve much. Shipping itself was okay, came within the expected window, packaging was fine. So — not a total disaster, you can wear some pieces, but don't expect the online photos. I've had better luck with other small brands who at least match pictures; I've also had worse, so this sits in the middle-low for me. If you want honesty and decent construction, look elsewhere. If you don't mind gambling on fit and finish and want a cheap option, fine, but don't expect premium.
Not what I expected
I bought a couple of their tees for everyday wear — thinking they’d be my go-to shirts for running errands and weekend coffee runs. Ordering looked slick on the site, but that’s about where the good parts stop. Weeks went by with no real tracking, and when I asked support they kept giving vague answers or saying items were shipped without proof. I tried to cancel one shirt because I picked the wrong size (my fault), and they basically said no — then suggested I just keep it or hand it off to a friend. Kind of a shrug, honestly. When a package finally showed up, one tee felt thin and scratchier than the photos implied, the seams looked rushed, and the fit was off — didn’t sit right with jeans like I’d hoped. The other piece never arrived, and I’m still not sure if it’s coming. I do like the look when it’s on, and it’s okay for quick trips out, but overall the experience has been frustrating and a bit misleading. Not sure I’ll order from them again.

don't order from these guys — I ordered two shirts and ended up with one sad garment and radio silence. Back in June I placed an order for two tees; they kept blaming “stock issues” and promising updates. After nearly two months of back-and-forth (and by back-and-forth I mean me emailing, them giving vague excuses), only one shirt arrived. The other never showed. I asked for a refund multiple times and, as of 08/18/25, got zero replies — nada. The shirt that did arrive looks like someone stretched a dollar-store tee into a brand label: thin fabric, wonky stitching, not at all like the photos. I’ve ordered from better places (small Etsy shops, mainstream retailers) and never had this combo of bad quality plus complete lack of service. It’s frustrating because shipping actually happened — kind of — but support disappears when money is involved. I checked other reviews afterwards and it’s not just me; lots of people report missing items and no refunds. Also their size chart lied a bit, go figure. Wouldn’t call it theft exactly, but it feels shady and sloppy. Not perfect, not even close, but at least now I know to avoid them — learn from my mistake.
